Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Rezepturen für Fleischpâtés und Leberwurstspezialitäten
  • Auslegung und Optimierung thermischer Haltbarmachungsverfahren wie Pasteurisation und Sterilisation
  • Sicherstellung der Produktsicherheit und mikrobiologischen Stabilität
  • Planung und Auswertung von Versuchsreihen im Labor und in der Produktion
  • Begleitung von Erstproduktionen und Überführung neuer Produkte in die Serienfertigung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Tierernährung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Fleischtechnologie oder mit Emulsionssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Autoklaven
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
  • Kenntnisse in IFS Food, HACCP und Lebensmittelrecht von Vorteil
