## Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bedienung und Rüstung sowie Einstellung von Anlagen gemäß Produktspezifikation
  • Ergreifung von Maßnahmen zur Störbehebung selbstständig oder bei Bedarf in Absprache mit Technik und Vorgesetzten
  • Wartungsarbeiten entsprechend der Checklisten
  • Unterstützung der Techniker bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie bei der Behebung von Störungen
  • Mitverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktion
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der vorgeschriebenen Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmaßnahmen
  • IPC-Kontrollen und Dokumentation der Prozessdaten und Messergebnisse in Regelkarten sowie PC-Eingabe von Produktionsdaten
  • Umsetzung der innerbetrieblichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien zu Hygiene, HACCP, Lebensmittelsicherheit, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf oder einem Beruf der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
  • Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Spaß am Arbeiten in der Produktion
