Wir suchen Sie - Mitarbeiter Produktion im Schichtbetrieb (m/w/d)

  • Starten Sie ab sofort im 3-Schicht-System bei einem renommierten Unternehmen am Standort Fridolfing.
  • Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams und gestalten Sie Ihre berufliche Zukunft aktiv mit uns.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Bestücken, Einstellen und Bedienen moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung und lückenlose Dokumentation der Produktionsaufträge
  • Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Produktqualität
  • Durchführung einfacher Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten zur Sicherung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Strikte Einhaltung aller Vorgaben zu Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Schreiner, Bäcker, Koch oder in einem Beruf der Baubranche
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion sowie im Umgang mit Maschinen von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, auch in der Nacht
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Lernfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
