  • Zur Verstärkung unseres innovativ und kreativ agierenden Teams an unserem Produktions- und Entwicklungsstandort im ostwestfälischen Espelkamp suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Produktion (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Einlegen von Zubehörteilen (modellspezifische Einlegeteile, wie PE-Gewebe, Jute, Vlies, Drähte und Rahmen, Clipse und Bügel) in Werkzeuge an bewegter Anlage
  • Entformen von Schaumteilen während laufenden Anlagenbetriebes
  • Entfernen von Schaumresten in den Formen/Dichtkantenreinigung unter Anlagenbewegung
  • Kontrollieren verschiedener Schaumteile/Einlegeteile nach vorgegebenen Takt der jeweiligen Anlage
  • Konturgerechtes Ausbessern fehlerhafter Schaumteile gem. Arbeitsanweisung und Grenzmuster
  • Kennzeichnung der Schaumteile gem. Arbeitsanweisung
  • Weiterleitung der kontrollierten bzw. nachbearbeiteten Schaumteile an die Verpackung & Logistik

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Lust auf aktives und bewegtes Arbeiten im Team im Dreischicht-Produktionsbetrieb
  • Schichtbereitschaft
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Es handelt sich im eine Vollzeitstelle im Rahmen einer 37-Stunden-Woche. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach Tarif.
