Mitarbeiter Produktionsvorbereitung/ Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d) Vollzeit / Teilzeit

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Chemie, als Chemielaborant/in, Chemisch-technischer Assistent/in, Chemiker/in, Chemikant/in.
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit EDV Systemen (MS Office, ERP-Software)
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Hohes persönliches Engagement, selbständige Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie planen die Aufträge auf Wochen und Tagesbasis und stimmen diese mit der Bereichsleitung ab.
  • Sie sind für die Überwachung der Bestände (Hilfs.- und Rohstoffe, Gebinde) und der Füll und Herstellauf - träge zuständig.
  • Lageroptimierung.
  • Sie unterstützen die Qualitätssicherung sowie die Bereichsleitung bei der Fehleranalyse .
  • QM Prüfaktionen und die unterjährigen Inventuren werden von Ihnen koordiniert und durchgeführt.
  • Sie verantworten alle Clearing Tätigkeiten im Auftragseingang und der Versorgung mit Hilfs.-und Rohstoffen auf Abweichungen reagieren Sie sofort leiten nach Absprache entsprechende Maßnahmen ein und überwachen diese.
