  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Fertigungsunterlagen (z.B. Fertigungsstücklisten, Arbeitspläne,- und Abläufe) sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs
  • Analyse von Personalkapazitäten einzelner Arbeitsplätze, Optimierung der Auslastung von Maschinen und Personal
  • Pflege und Optimierung der Arbeitspläne und Ablaufdaten im ERP-System
  • Dokumentation und Reporting von Arbeitsabläufen und KPIs
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Materialvorbereitung, Einkauf oder Qualitätssicherung
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsplanung
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Instrumenten der Arbeitsplanung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Planungstools und Software (z.B. ERP-System Sage Bäurer)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
