Wir sind ein Architektur- und Planungsbüro mit Hauptsitz in Weida/Thüringen und planen und realisieren in Kooperation mit Dan-Wood House Eigenheime.

Zur Realisierung weiterer Projekte suchen wir einen Bauzeichner oder Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d) für die Projektbearbeitung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie bearbeiten unter der Führung erfahrener Architekten, anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Leistungsphasen 1 – 7 der HOAI. Dies umfasst insbesondere

  • die Umsetzung der Vorgaben vom Bauherrn, Architekten, Statikern und Kunden in Bauzeichnungen
  • das Erstellen von maßstabsgerechten technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen für den Architektur-, den Ingenieur- und Landschaftsbau
  • die Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleiter bei der Planung und der Projektierung

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner, zum Technischen Zeichner (w/m/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen nach HOAI
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. CAD, Microsoft Office-Paket)
  • selbständige, lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • teamfähig und zuverlässig
  • Führerschein Kl. B wäre wünschenswert
