### Deine Aufgaben

  • Laufende und detaillierte Kontrolle unserer Wärmepumpen- und Photovoltaikprojekte auf der Montageseite
  • Systematische Prüfung, welche Aufgaben bereits erledigt sind und welche noch offenstehen
  • Konsequentes Nachhalten fehlender Arbeitsschritte, Informationen und Rückmeldungen
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Zuständigkeiten und vereinbarten Arbeitsschritten
  • Kontrolle der Montagedokumentation auf Vollständigkeit und erkennbare Unstimmigkeiten
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Verzögerungen, Fehlern und organisatorischen Problemen
  • Eigenständige Klärung offener Punkte und Abstimmung der nächsten Schritte

  • Deine Persönlichkeit zählt mehr als dein Abschluss: Entscheidend sind für uns Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination, Auftragsabwicklung, Disposition oder einer vergleichbaren organisatorischen Tätigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere laufende Projekte gleichzeitig strukturiert zu überwachen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und selbstständiges Handeln
  • Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeits- und Dokumentationssystemen
