  • Du gehst Qualitätsproblemen auf den Grund, kümmerst dich um Reklamationen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Teams Lösungen, die nachhaltig funktionieren.
  • Was du bei uns bewegst
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du analysierst Fehler und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen passende Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Du erstellst 8D-Reports und arbeitest mit unserem CAQ-System.
  • Du bist im Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Teams und unterstützt bei Audits und Qualitätsprojekten.
  • Was du mitbringst
  • Technischer Background und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Reklamationsmanagement.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst gerne und hast Spaß daran, Problemen wirklich auf den Grund zu gehen.
  • 8D, CAQ oder andere Qualitätsmethoden sind dir bereits bekannt? Umso besser.
  • Bereit, Qualität aktiv zu verbessern?
