Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der Lebensmittelindustrie suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Qualitätssicherung / Labor .

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität , die Durchführung von Laboranalysen sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP, CCP) .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Qualitätskontrolle von Rohstoffen, Verpackungsmaterialien sowie Halb- und Fertigwaren
  • Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse unter Einhaltung von HACCP-/CCP-Richtlinien
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Laboranalysen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits (Kunden- und Lieferantenaudits)
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung von Prüfergebnissen (Qualitätsmanagement)
  • Organisation, Versand und Nachverfolgung von Produktproben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als
  • Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d), Laborant (m/w/d), Fleischer (m/w/d), Koch (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ: Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich HACCP , Qualitätsmanagement , Lebensmittelhygiene von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und ggf. Wochenendarbeit
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
