  • Du unterstützt bei der Einhaltung unserer Lebensmittelsicherheitsziele
  • Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung aller relevanten Standards (ISO 9001; FSC, SCAN, IFS) mit
  • Du erstellst und überarbeitest Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Formulare und Schulungsunterlagen – immer mit Blick auf klare Abläufe und einfache Verständlichkeit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Kommunikation rund um die Themen Gefahrenfälle, Produktsicherheit, Lebensmittelsicherheitskultur und Qualitätsziele
  • Du achtest darauf, dass alle wichtigen Unterlagen vollständig dokumentiert sind und im Ernstfall eine lückenlose Rückverfolgung möglich ist
  • Du unterstützt unser Prozessmanagement bei der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorgaben
  • Du nutzt bei deiner täglichen Arbeit moderne KI-Tools
  • Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Qualitätsmanagement-Prozessen in der Lebensmittelindustrie mit
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist offen für die Anwendung von Software-Lösungen wie Google Suites, SAP S/4 HANA, Trello, Miro
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Organisationstalent und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du besitzt die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer
