  • Zahlen in Storys verwandeln: Du führst Validierungen sowie Verifizierungen durch und bereitest die Ergebnisse so in Präsentationen auf, dass sie für alle verständlich und greifbar sind
  • Der Blick fürs Detail: Als interne Auditorin spürst du Verbesserungspotenziale bei uns auf und nimmst auch unsere Dienstleister im Rahmen von externen Audits genau unter die Lupe

Dein Profil:

  • Dein Fundament: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. eine entsprechende Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung) in der Tasche
  • Deine Erfahrung: Im Qualitätsmanagement der Lebensmittelindustrie fühlst du dich zu Hause und bringst bereits wertvolle Berufserfahrung mit
  • Deine Fachkompetenz : Die Standards ISO 9001 und IFS sind für dich keine Fremdworte, sondern gelebte Praxis, die du sicher anwenden kannst
  • Deine Sprachstärke: Da wir international vernetzt sind, kommunizierst du sicher in Englisch – sowohl im Gespräch als auch beim Schreiben
  • Deine Tech-Affinität: Du brennst darauf, unsere QM-Systeme digital nach vorne zu bringen. Innovationen begeistern dich, und du nutzt KI-Tools ganz selbstverständlich als deinen täglichen Co-Piloten für effizientes Arbeiten
  • Deine Vermittlungskompetenz: Du hast Talent dafür, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu erklären. Die Erstellung und Gestaltung von anschaulichen Online-Schulungen zu Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit machen dir Spaß
