# Mitarbeiter Qualitätsmanagement – Schwerpunkt Lebensmittelrecht und Verpackung (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung und Sicherstellung der Verkehrsfähigkeit unserer Produkte gemäß dem aktuellen Lebensmittelrecht sowie den spezifischen Bio-Verordnungen
  • Konzeption, Prüfung und Freigabe von Primär- und Sekundärverpackungen unter Berücksichtigung von Lebensmittelsicherheit, Konformitätserklärungen und Migrationsberichten
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Rohstoff-, Produkt- und Verpackungsspezifikationen
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Produktetiketten, Deklarationen und Verpackungslayouts nach der Lebensmittelinformationsverordnung (LMIV) sowie den Richtlinien der Bio-Anbauverbände
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits, insbesondere im Bereich Bio-Zertifizierung und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im QM eines Lebensmittelunternehmens, idealerweise mit direktem Bezug zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und Verpackungsprüfung
  • Fundiertes Wissen im europäischen Lebensmittelrecht und der LMIV
  • Fachkenntnisse in den nationalen und internationalen Bio-Verordnungen und Verpackungsgesetzen wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
