Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Metallfertigung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Internes und externes Reklamations­management sowie Steuerung von Maß­nahmen zur nachhaltigen Fehler­prävention
  • Ursachenanalyse in Zusammen­arbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Lieferanten und Kunden unter Anwendung gängiger QM-Methoden (z.B. Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D-Report)
  • Mitarbeit an Qualitäts­verbesserungen im Produktions­umfeld (KVP)
  • Erstellen und Erfassen von Prüfplänen sowie Festlegung der Mess- und Prüf­mittel
  • Anfertigung von Erst­muster­prüf­berichten bzw. Koordination von Erst­bemusterungen mit Lieferanten
  • Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessaudits
  • Qualitätsvorausplanung in Verbindung mit neuen Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister/ Techniker oder Studienabschluss (vorzugsweise Ingenieurs-wesen) oder eine ver­gleich­bare technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Qualitäts­sicherung
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Qualitätstools (8D, KVP, Statistik, …)
  • Normenkenntnis (ISO 9001, ISO 3834, …)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sonderschutz und wehrtechnischen Produkten wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-System und MS Office
