# Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen, nach Prüfplänen und Zeichnungen
  • Prüfberichterstellung und Nachverfolgung der Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit & Nachhaltigkeit von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Kommunikation zwischen Wareneingangsprüfung und Lieferanten europaweit
  • Erstellung von Prüfplänen und technischen Lieferbedingungen
  • Betreuung der Lieferanten bei Produktneuanlauf / Festlegung von Prüfabläufen vor Ort
  • Lieferantenqualifizierung / Bestand und Neulieferanten
  • Betreuung unserer Schwesterunternehmen in Bezug auf Wareneingangsprüfungen
  • Erstellen von zielgerichteten Auswertungen unter Verwendung statistischer Methoden
  • Ableitung von Handlungsbedarfen (z.B. Poka Yoke, PDCA, KVP)
  • Lieferanten Auditierung auf Basis ISO EN 9001:2026
  • Erstellung von Erstmusterprüfberichten (mittels 3 D Messtechnik / 3 D Scansystemen)
  • Qualitätsrelevante Abstimmungen (z.B. Sonderfreigaben)

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Qualitätsfachmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im QM/QS Bereich
  • Kompetenz in der Anwendung von 3 D Messsystemen (von Vorteil)
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Microsoft Office: Kenntnisse (besonders Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Kenntnisse im SAP /R3 Anwendungen (von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen / Form und Lagetoleranzen (ISO-GPS)
  • Selbstständige Analyse von relevanten Sachverhalten
  • Ein hoher eigener Anspruch an Qualität und Sorgfalt gepaart mit Pragmatismus und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Lieferantenbesuche innerhalb Europas
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine selbständige sowie präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur stetigen Weiterbildung
