# Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Abstimmung und Ursachenklärung mit den Schnittstellen
  • Anwendung der 8 D Methodik sowie Ableitung von Handlungsbedarfen (z.B. Poka Yoke, PDCA, KVP)
  • Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit & Nachhaltigkeit von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb und dem Kunden
  • Abstimmung mit unseren Lieferwerken, Festlegung von Maßnahmen
  • Erstellen von zielgerichteten Auswertungen unter Verwendung statistischer Methoden
  • Interne Auditierung der Abteilungsbereiche auf Basis ISO EN 9001:2026
  • Erstellung von Kunden Erstmusterprüfberichten (mittels 3 D Messtechnik / 3 D Scansystemen)
  • Qualitätsrelevante Abstimmungen mit dem Vertrieb und den Kunden (z.B. Sonderfreigaben)

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Qualitätsfachmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im QM/QS Bereich
  • Kompetenz in der Anwendung von 3 D Messsystemen (von Vorteil)
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Microsoft Office: Kenntnisse (besonders Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Kenntnisse im SAP / S4Hana Anwendungen (von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen / Form und Lagetoleranzen (ISO-GPS)
  • Selbstständige Analyse von relevanten Sachverhalten
  • Ein hoher eigener Anspruch an Qualität und Sorgfalt gepaart mit Pragmatismus und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine selbständige sowie präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur stetigen Weiterbildung
