Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Durchführung der Erstabnahme nach Rüstvorgängen. Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeitprüfen Sie relevante Unterlagen und sämtliche Maße nach Zeichnung und Vorgaben unter Verwendungvon Mess- und Prüfmitteln (Wellenmessgerät, Konturograph, Formtester, 3D-Messmaschine, Oberfl ächen-Rauheitsmessgerät, Profi lprojektor)
  • Bewertung und Entscheidung über Fertigungsfreigabe sowie Mitarbeit bei Erstbemusterungen
  • SPC-Platz nach Prüfplan einrichten und Erstprüfung durchführen
  • Erstellung von Messprogrammen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung ggf. auch mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungeines metallverarbeitenden Betriebes
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
