### Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung/ Produktion (m/w/d)

TASKS:

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und qualitätssichernden Tätigkeiten im laufenden Fertigungsprozess
  • Durchführung qualitätsrelevanter Messungen und Prüfungen mit Handmessmitteln sowie verschiedenen Prüfgeräten
  • Vorbereitung der Prüfunterlage für die Produktion
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der internen Richtlinien und Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prüfabläufen
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von Personal in notwendige Qualitätsprüfungen und deren Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von stichprobenartige Kontrollen der Produktionsaufzeichnungen

HARD SKILLS:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder gewerblichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Prüf- und Messtechnik sowie Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von 3D-Messmaschinen/Keyence Projektor
  • Kenntnisse in der Statistik mit Grundkenntnissen in MS Office
  • Kenntnisse im technischen Zeichnen

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges, genaues und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Allgemeines technisches Verständnis
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit
