  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Funktions- und Verdrahtungsprüfung aller im Hause produzierten Baugruppen, Schaltschränke (nach VDE) und elektronischen Komponenten sowie deren Reparatur
  • Dokumentation der Prüfungen
  • Optimierung der dazugehörigen Prüfvorschriften, Formblätter und Checklisten
  • Erstellung von Test- und Prüfaufbauten für alle relevanten Systeme
  • Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchsreihen
  • Auswertung und Behebung von Fehlfunktionen
  • Wartung und Pflege der Testanlagen
  • Elektrische Wareneingangsqualitätskontrolle, optional auch unterstützend von mechanischen Bauteilen
  • Verantwortlich für die Prüfmittelverwaltung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder alternative Ausbildung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Dokumentationssicherheit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung in Tätigkeiten betreffend Qualitätssicherheit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Erfahrung mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Lesen von Schaltplänen und CAN-Bus wünschenswert
