Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Mitarbeiter Rechnungswesen & Accounting (m/w/d) am Standort Köln.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen sowie Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für das Management
  • Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting oder in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zahlenaffinität
