Mitarbeiter Rechnungswesen (w/m/d)

in Teil- oder Vollzeit (30 bis 40 Std.-Woche)

Hier ist deine Expertise gefragt:

  • Rechnungsprüfung Kreditoren
  • Fakturierung Debitoren
  • Finanzbuchhaltung (Kontierung, Belegerfassung Sachkonten, Debitoren, Kreditoren)
  • Mahnwesen
  • Allgemeiner Zahlungsverkehr
  • Regelmäßige Konten- und Saldenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung der Lohnbuchhaltung und des Personalbereichs
  • Allgemeine vor- und nachbereitende Tätigkeiten

Damit überzeugst du uns:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, steuerfachliche oder vergleichbare Ausbildung,
  • Basiswissen in den Bereichen Steuern und Sozialversicherung,
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office-Produkten und betriebswirtschaftlicher Software,
  • bist teamfähig, engagiert und absolut vertrauenswürdig.
