Für unseren neuen Standort in Reichenbach suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zur Erweiterung unserer Retourenabteilung.

### Worum geht es konkret?

  • eigenverantwortliche und vollständige Abwicklung eingehender Retourenaufträge
  • Aufbereitung von Reklamationsanträgen und Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Bearbeitung von Prüfaufträgen in unsrem Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Überwachung und Steuerung von Reklamationen im internen Lager-Management-System
  • Unterstützung im Lager durch Wiedereinlagerung von Retouren

  • Gabelstaplerschein
  • Erfahrung mit dem Umgang von Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • vertraut im Umgang gängiger Office Anwendungen
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
