Empfangskraft (m/w/d) für unseren Campingplatz mit Restaurant & Freizeitanlage

  • Für unseren Campingplatz mit angeschlossenem Restaurant, Pool und vielfältigen Freizeiteinrichtungen suchen wir ab März 2027 eine freundliche und zuverlässige Empfangskraft (m/w/d) , die unseren Gästen von der Anreise bis zur Abreise mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Camping- und Urlaubsgäste
  • Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Beratung unserer Gäste zu Stellplätzen, Unterkünften und Freizeitangeboten
  • Informationen rund um Restaurant, Pool und weitere Einrichtungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Gästen
  • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und kleineren Anliegen
  • Kassenführung und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Restaurant, Platzpflege und Freizeitbereich

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein freundliches, offenes Auftreten
  • Serviceorientierung und Gastgebermentalität
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Englisch, sind von Vorteil
  • Führerschein und PKW sind erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Erfahrung im Empfang, Tourismus, Hotel- oder Gastronomiebereich ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
