Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Umbauen unserer Produktionsmaschinen für Kunststoffteile mit Hilfe von Hebe- und Transportmitteln (z. B. Portalkran)
  • Wechsel von Werkzeugen nach Vorgabe – auch mehrfach pro Schicht
  • Pflege und kleinere Reparaturen an Werkzeugen (z. B. Schmierung, Dichtungstausch)
  • Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Vorgaben (Ispro) zuverlässig umsetzen
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Team und Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Schichtbetrieb

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, Maschinenbedienung oder Werkzeugwechsel
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Grundverständnis
  • Eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an guter Kommunikation im Kollegenkreis
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Motivation, sich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen

Arbeitszeit:

Wir arbeiten im 3-Schicht-System von Montag bis Samstag. Die Schichten sind wie folgt eingeteilt: Frühschicht 06:00–14:00 Uhr, Spätschicht 14:00–22:00 Uhr, Nachtschicht 22:00–06:00 Uhr.
