  • Beratung von Kunden in enger Abstimmung mit dem Außendienst
  • Neukundenakquise
  • Selbständige Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Angeboten
  • Mitwirkung an vertriebsrelevanten Sonderprojekten
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken
  • Organisation von Verkaufsaktionen und Kundenevents
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste berufliche Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst ist erforderlich
  • Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem ERP- und CRM-System sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
