### Aufgaben
- Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit
- Erstellung von Schweißanweisungen (WPS) sowie Auswahl geeigneter Schweißverfahren und Werkstoffe
- Abnahme der Schweißnähte, Organisation zerstörungsfreier/zerstörender Prüfungen und Dokumentation der Schweißarbeiten
- Unterweisung und Überprüfung der Schweißer sowie Durchführung von Schweißerprüfungen
- Optimierungen im Rahmen des KVP-Prozesses (Schweißzeichnungen, Schweißreihenfolgen, Schweißverzug effektiv entgegenwirken, usw.)
### Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Schweißfachmann/-frau
- Praktische Kenntnisse in schweißtechnischen Verfahren und Prozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
