Voraussetzungen:

Mind. Zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich wünschenswert
Gültige Schweißerprüfung nach ISO 9606 (MAG, WIG) oder Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung
Erfahrung im Schweißen sicherheitsrelevanter Komponenten, idealerweise im militärischen oder industriellen Umfeld
Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
Strukturierte, zielgerichtete und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Selbstorganisation
Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Kritikfähigkeit
Verantwortungsvolles und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten, um unsere Kunden mit Zuverlässigkeit sowie Genauigkeit zu beeindrucken

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Selbstständiges Herstellen von Schweißbaugrupppen aller Art, anhand Fertigungsunterlagen
Ausführung von Schweißarbeiten an Bauteilen und Baugruppen aus Stahl, Edelstahl oder Aluminium, anhand technischer Zeichnungen / Schweißplänen und Schweißanweisungen
Vor- und Nachbereitung, insb. Anbau, Austrenn- und Anpassungsarbeiten sowie Fugen und Brennarbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Techniken
Vor- und Nachbearbeitungen, wie Heften, Schleifen, Richten
Selbstständige Kontrolle der eigenen Arbeit nach vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards
Zusammenarbeit mit Schweißaufsicht, Qualitätssicherung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
Pflege und Wartung der eingesetzten Schweißgeräte und Hilfsmittel
Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
