Im Auftrag eines Kunden suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung als Mitarbeiter Servicehelpdesk / Disponent (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin (BMW Werk).

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Überwachung und Pflege der Gebäudeleittechnik
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Anlage, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Aufträgen in verschiedenen Systemen
  • Stammdatenpflege sowie Ablage von Wartungs- und Prüfprotokollen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Bestellungen
  • Koordination, Steuerung und Dokumentation von Serviceleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie professionelle Kundenbetreuung

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle Mitarbeiter Servicehelpdesk / Disponent (m/w/d) – ab 20 €/Std.:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche, im Kundendienst oder im Baustellenumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
