  • Bedienen, Steuern und Überwachen von Wickelmaschinen zur Herstellung elektrischer Spulen
  • Durchführung von Wickelarbeiten an Spezialvorrichtungen – teilweise auch in Handarbeit
  • Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Materialzufuhr und Überwachung der Wickelqualität
  • Erkennen und Beheben einfacher Störungen im Fertigungsprozess, z. B. bei Drahtabrissen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Spulen und Bauteile nach Vorgaben
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsstandards im Produktionsbereich
  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Produktions- bzw. Fertigungsumfeld
  • Technisches Verständnis und Geschick im Umgang mit Maschinen und feinmechanischen Bauteilen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Fingerspitzengefühl und Präzision bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung oder industriellen Fertigung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft, sich in spezielle Fertigungsprozesse einzuarbeiten
