  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit dem Gast, im Team und Lust, Neues zu lernen

## Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Blick fürs Detail in Bezug auf Sauberkeit & Ordnung im gesamten Konferenzbereich
  • Vorbereitung und fresh-up der Veranstaltungsräume
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Betreuung unserer Konferenzgäste
  • Annahme von Bestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern unserer Veranstaltungen
  • Koordination und Betreuung der Tagungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche, dem Veranstaltungsverkauf und den anderen Outlets
  • Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Tagungsreferenten
  • Unterstützung unseres Serviceteams sowohl im Früh- als auch im Spätdienst
