Mitarbeiter Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (m/w/d) mit Bundeswehrerfahrung

Gehaltsrahmen: ca. 45.000 - 52.000€ per anno

Remote: rund 40%

Sie haben ein Gespür für Menschen, erkennen Potenziale und bringen die richtigen Persönlichkeiten mit den passenden Fachbereichen zusammen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie aktiv unseren Recruiting-Erfolg mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Formulierung, Gestaltung und Veröffentlichung zielgruppengerechter Stellenausschreibungen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche sowie Durchführung strukturierter Auftragsklärungsgespräche
  • Identifikation, Ansprache und Selektion qualifizierter Kandidaten (m/w/d) über geeignete Recruiting-Kanäle
  • Telefonische Vorauswahl (Prechecks) und fundierte Evaluation der Kandidateneignung
  • Durchführung digitaler und persönlicher Vorstellungsgespräche inklusive professioneller Interviewdokumentation und Reportings
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung lokaler Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit kaufmännischer Ausrichtung oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Kenntnisse der Strukturen, Laufbahnen und Sprache der Bundeswehr
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting /Talent Acquisition oder ausgeprägtes Interesse
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kommunikativ und teamorientiert
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
