An unserem Produktionsstandort in Kroppenstedt mit 11 Mitarbeitenden verantwortest Du die Technik unserer Lebensmittelproduktionsanlagen. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Anlagen, Instandhaltung und alle technischen Produktionsthemen vor Ort. Gemeinsam mit Dir wollen wir den Standort zuverlässig betreiben und technisch weiterentwickeln. Auf zwei modernen Produktionslinien produzieren wir dort Senfmehl für die Lebensmittelindustrie, unter anderem für Gewürze, Saucen und Marinaden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Wartung und Instandhaltung sämtlicher Anlagen der Senfmehlproduktion
  • Planung und Steuerung der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung einschließlich technischer Dokumentation
  • Schnelle Störungsbehebung und Entscheidung was intern gelöst und was extern vergeben wird
  • Betreuung von Steuerungstechnik, Drucklufterzeugung und haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Auswahl und Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Ersatzteil- und Materialbeschaffung
  • Technische Ansprechperson für die Unitleitung in allen Fragen rund um die Produktion
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit und lebensmittelrechtlichen Hygieneanforderungen im technischen Bereich

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industrie-, Anlagen- oder Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Elektriker - gern mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung eines Produktionsbetriebs, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Prozessindustrie
  • Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik (SPS) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Produktion, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / Windows
