## Was zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt

  • Telefonische und schriftliche technische Unterstützung und Serviceberatung in deutscher, französischer und italienischer Sprache für Servicetechniker des Fachhandels, der KaVo-Vertriebsgesellschaften sowie für Zahnärzte bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um Wartung, Pflege, Reparatur und Fehlersuche an Dentaleinheiten und Zubehör
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Erfassung im System
  • Durchführung von Technikerschulungen im In- und Ausland inkl. Erstellung der Schulungsdokumentation
  • Koordination des Problemlösungsprozesses zwischen Kunde, Fachhandel und Systemhaus
  • Unterstützung bei der Validierung von Soft- und Hardware bei Neuprodukten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung sowie Qualitätssicherung in Servicefragen
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen bei Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von technischen Dokumentationen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von SAP / CRM Stammdaten

## Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) sowie Ausbildung zur Elektrofachkraft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung, Montage und Instandhaltung von Behandlungseinheiten
  • Fließende Deutsch-/Französisch-/ und Italienischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (In- und Ausland)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie Selbstständigkeit
