  • Lieferantenmanagement: Qualitätsmanagement mit Lieferanten, Durchführung von Audits sowie Bewertung von Produktqualität und Lieferperformance, Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbeziehungen

  • Warenprüfung: Eingangs- und Ausgangskontrollen nach definierten Kriterien
  • Qualitätsstandards & Audits: Sicherstellung einheitlicher Qualitätsstandards und Prozesse sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitätsaudits an den Standorten
  • Kennzahlen & Reporting: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung standortübergreifender Qualitätskennzahlen, Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Qualitätsanalysen, Fotodokumentation sowie Auswertungen und Präsentationen
  • Prozessverbesserung: Ableitung, Einleitung und Nachverfolgung standortübergreifender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Logistik, Kundendienst und Technik
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Kombination mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten
  • Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
