  • Kunden begeistern: Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und berätst sie kompetent zu Teilen, Zubehör, Lifestyle-Artikeln sowie Rädern und Reifen.
  • Präsentation und Beratung: Du gestaltest den Verkaufsraum attraktiv, präsentierst Zubehör und Lifestyle-Produkte und unterstützt Kunden sowie Techniker bei der Auswahl individueller Teilepakete.
  • Wareneingang und Logistik: Du kümmerst Dich um die Bestellung, Annahme, Kontrolle und rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Teilen und Zubehör für die Werkstatt.
  • Rückgaben managen: Du übernimmst die Organisation und Abwicklung von Retouren und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fachliche Grundlage: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen und kaufmännischen Bereich der Automobilbranche.
  • Kundenorientierung: Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Freude daran, individuelle Lösungen zu finden.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Mit Deiner freundlichen und selbstbewussten Art überzeugst Du im direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest organisiert und systematisch und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Flexibilität: Ein Führerschein der Klasse B macht Dich mobil und flexibel.
