Schanzenfit ist ein Fachgeschäft für Gesundheits- und Fitnessprodukte mit Store im Hamburger

Schanzenviertel und eigenem Online-Shop. Bei uns dreht sich alles um Sportnahrung, Supplements,

Proteinprodukte, funktionelle Lebensmittel und ehrliche Beratung.

Für unser Team suchen wir eine zuverlässige, engagierte Person, die uns im Verkauf,

Backoffice und Online-Shop unterstützt und Lust hat, Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft zu

übernehmen. 30 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben:

Beratung und Verkauf im Laden sowie Betreuung von Kundenanfragen online

Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren und offenen Kundenanliegen

Warenannahme, Bestandskontrolle und Lagerorganisation

Kommissionieren, Verpacken und Versenden von Online-Bestellungen

Unterstützung bei Einkauf, Warenbestellung und Lieferantenkommunikation

Pflege des Online-Shops, z. B. Produkttexte, Produktdaten und Content-Aktualisierungen

Das bringst du mit:

Interesse an Ernährung, Fitness, Gesundheit und Supplements

Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Service

Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Eigeninitiative und Lust im Team mitzudenken

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Kundenservice, Online-Shop oder Backoffice ist von Vorteil

Fachwissen im Bereich Ernährung oder Sporternährung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
