Mitarbeiter Vermietung (m/w/d) für Shoppingcenter

Große Marken, aber auch lokale Geschäftspartner profitieren stets von unseren erfolgreichen (Miet-)Konzepten! Die Mitarbeiter der Vermietungsabteilung stellen sicher, dass unsere Einkaufsmärkte und -zentren dem Kunden einen perfekten Mietermix bieten. Nicht nur der Kunde, sondern auch der Mieter ist bei uns König.

Spannende Projekte

  • Verantwortung für die aktive Vermietung unseres Immobilienportfolios, einschließlich Mieterakquise und langfristiger Betreuung unserer namhaften Handelsmieter
  • Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Erstellung von Vermietungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung eines lukrativen Branchen- und Mietermix
  • Ausbau des Netzwerkes zu Mietern sowie Expansionsverantwortlichen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit weiteren Fachabteilungen wie z.B. Planung, Bauabteilung etc.

Ihre Leidenschaft für Immobilien

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbares Studium (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Immobilienwirtschaft), gerne auch Studium im Bereich Jura/Rechtswissenschaften
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Kenntnisse MS-Office-Paket
  • Reisebereitschaft
