### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandaufträge
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Sendungen per See- und Luftfracht
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Vorbereitung von Zollanmeldungen
  • Prüfung und Einhaltung exportkontrollrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Speditionen, Zollbehörden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Überwachung von Versandterminen sowie Nachverfolgung laufender Sendungen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und ordnungsgemäßen Versanddokumentation

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann (all genders) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich See- und Luftfracht
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung und Zollanmeldung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle und internationaler Warenverkehr
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
