# Mitarbeiter Versand & Transportkoordination (m/w/d)

Standort: Düsseldorf

Für ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Stahlhandel und Logistik suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Versandabwicklung und Transportsteuerung.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination von nationalen und internationalen LKW-Transporten
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sendungsverläufen
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Zeitfenster- und Anlieferbuchungen über Kundenportale
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Export- und Versanddokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Zollabwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Transportabweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Transportaufträgen im ERP-System

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel
  • Berufserfahrung in der Transportdisposition und Versandabwicklung aus dem Stahlbereich (Rohre, Profile etc., Fachkunden zu diesen Punkten sind von Vorteil ) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Export und Zoll von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) von Vorteil
