Zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir in Weimar einen Mitarbeiter Versandsteuerung (m/w/d)

### Das erwartet Sie

  • Termingerechte Anmeldung von Abholungen im Kundenportal auf Basis von SAP Bestandsdaten
  • Exportanmeldung in BEX
  • Erstellen von Packaufträgen und Buchung der Rückmeldungen
  • Erstellen von Versandpapieren (CMR, Lieferscheine, Versandlabel)
  • Erstellen von Packstücklaben auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen und EDI Daten
  • Abwicklung des Lieferprozesses in SAP
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Versanddienstleistern
  • Prozesskonforme Versandrealisierung
  • Mitarbeit bei Inventuren

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Berufsausbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrungen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office, BEX, ATLAS
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
