Die angegliederte nilco-Reinigungsmaschinen GmbH vertreibt industrielle Reinigungsmaschinen sowie Zubehör und Verbrauchsartikel.

Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Stuttgart:

Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst / Inside Sales (m/w/d)

So gestalten Sie Ihren Arbeitsalltag:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Händler und Endkundenbetreuung
  • Annahme, Erfassung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen im SAP-System
  • Produktberatung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Lieferterminklärung
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Stammdatenpflege und Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit\*\*\*\*

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Tools sowie SAP
