  • Für ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Biebesheim am Rhein suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst \(m/w/d\), der Kunden professionell betreut und den Außendienst aktiv unterstützt.
  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines definierten Kundenportfolios in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsatz- und Margenentwicklung innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Telefonische Beratung von Bestandskunden sowie Verhandlung von Preisen und Konditionen
  • Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Abschluss von Angeboten
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen sowie technische und kaufmännische Aufbereitung der Unterlagen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • Mitwirkung an Vertriebsaktionen und internen Projekten

  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion
  • Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-/CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
