  • Aktive Entwicklung der Kundenbindung von Portfoliokunden
  • Telefonische Verhandlung von Konditionen und Verträgen mit Portfoliokunden
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung des E-Commerce-Anteils durch entsprechende Aktionen und Beratung am Telefon
  • Eigenständige Angebotserstellung und -abschluss bei Kunden im Rahmen der aktuellen Vorgaben
  • Technische und kaufmännische Aufbereitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

  • Im Auftrag eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit internationaler Ausrichtung suchen wir Unterstützung im Export Customer Service. Das Unternehmen steht für verlässliche Prozesse, hohe Servicequalität und eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
