Wir suchen für einen Kunden zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Korrespondenz mit Geschäftspartnerin im In- und Ausland
  • Auftragsabwicklung (Auftragserfassung, Auftragsbestätigung, Erstellen der Versandpapiere, Überwachung bis zur Auslieferung)
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Key Account Manager
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Erstellung von Angeboten sowie deren Nachverfolgung
  • Kundenbetreuung und Kundenberatung
  • Auftragsabwicklung (Auftragserfassung, Auftragsbestätigung und Überwachung bis zur Auslieferung)
  • Erfassung und Fakturierung von Bonusabsprachen für Kunden
  • Erstellung von Gut- und Lastschriften
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Stammdatenpflege in SAP
  • Unterstützung von Projekten im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Telefonische Kundenpflege

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Vorteilhaft Erfahrung in Exportthemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Hohe Service- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsfreude und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
