Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu u.a. Produktinformationen, Problemstellungen und Terminanfragen
  • Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Aufträgen sowie Vorbereitung zur Weiterbearbeitung
  • Erstellen und Vorbereiten von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Abstimmung von Terminabweichungen mit dem Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit für Kunden
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Customer Service
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in SAP - SD
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle
