  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten sowie Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Außendienstmitarbeiter und interne Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei produktbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Ausarbeitung und Unterbreitung produktspezifischer Lösungsvorschläge unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Auftragsbearbeitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Technisches Verständnis bzw. Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
