Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung,
  • Prüfung und Festlegung von kaufmännischen Bedingungen,
  • Exportkontrolle,
  • Garantie- und Bürgschaftserstellung,
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Vertretern sowie Ansprechpartner für Kunden,
  • Organisation von Dienstreisen.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Industriekaufmann, gerne auch mit Studium im Bereich Industrie, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnliches,
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst,
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch französische oder andere Sprachkenntnisse,
  • Technisches Interesse,
  • Konzentrierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit,
  • SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
