Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) – Werkzeugbau/Stanztechnik –

Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Industrieunternehmen mit derzeit 18 Mitarbeitern und fertigen Werkzeuge und Komponenten für unsere Kunden aus der Elektromotoren-Industrie. Wir bieten innovative Lösungen zur prozesssicheren Herstellung von Motorpaketen sowie der Bearbeitung von Elektroblechen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Angebotswesen – Kalkulation von komplexen Werkzeugen oder Baugruppen, Erstellung von Angeboten und deren aktive Nachverfolgung

Auftragsabwicklung – kaufmännische Abwicklung von Aufträgen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung

Kundenberatung/- betreuung - aktive Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukunden sowie die technische Beratung zu Produkten und die Bedarfsermittlung

Markt- und Datenpflege

Reklamationsmanagement

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister

Ein freundliches, überzeugendes und kompetentes Auftreten im direkten Kontakt zu Kunden

Eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise. Zuverlässigkeit auch bei erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Teamfähigkeit
