Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

DAS ERWARTET SIE

  • Sie unterstützen unser Vertriebsteam im Außendienst bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie der Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Sie übernehmen die Auftragsabwicklung einschließlich Terminüberwachung für Ihren Kundenbereich
  • Sie pflegen und analysieren Kundendaten und sorgen für eine hohe Datenqualität im CRM-System
  • Aktive Kundenpflege ist ein zentraler Bestandteil Ihrer Rolle – dazu gehören auch persönliche Kundenbesuche vor Ort
  • Sie übernehmen allgemeine Aufgaben im Vertriebsumfeld

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schritt - weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen ist ein Plus
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
