Als Mitarbeiter im Innendienst (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem Außendienst und den Fachabteilungen zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Als Tochterunternehmen der ZEWOTHERM Unternehmensgruppe sind wir Spezialist für moderne Energie- und Wärmesysteme und gestalten die Energiewende aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich und wickelst Aufträge von der Erstellung bis zur Erfassung ab
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und klärst Liefertermine zuverlässig
  • Du erstellst Rechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Optimierung unserer Kundenprozesse mit

Du passt zu uns, wenn...

  • Du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mitbringst
  • Du über Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Innendienst verfügst
  • Du ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein gutes technisches Verständnis mitbringst
  • Du kommunikationsstark bist und eigeninitiativ arbeitest
  • Du sicher mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen umgehst
